The mission of SriLankan Aviation College's Finishing School personal grooming and social etiquette programme is to meet the immediate human resource requirements of industries with the aim of making our students highly sought after in the employment field. SriLankan Aviation College's Finishing School programme provides an opportunity for school leavers, graduates/undergraduates from various walks of life – be it engineering, management, students right out of college and even professionals who are just starting out on their careers looking to increase their employability by developing their soft skills, managerial skills and corporate etiquette from experienced industry professionals. Further, this training is geared to enhance the knowledge, skills and the attitude of the participants, creating in return, a positive environment to secure their desired career opportunities, by making the candidate standout with their enhanced personal etiquette.

1. Professional Grooming and Social Etiquette  – 3 Days

Corporate etiquette refers to set of unspoken social norms that one is expected to follow, while he/she is at work and refers to behaving sensibly and appropriately at the workplace to create an everlasting impression.

2. Assertive Business Communication  – 1 Day

3. Acing an Interview – 2 Days

This module will do just that in preparing you to breeze past this challenge, bringing your career goal within your arm’s reach.
